“Let me help you release your physical and emotional pain so you can let go of worries, stress, dissatisfaction and sadness. Individualized strategies are developed so that you and your loved ones can reach goals, foster positive energy and maximize potential. I work with both children and adults. Behavioral techniques and a safe, nurturing environment is key for a younger population. In addition, compassionate listening, reflective exploration and a non-judgmental, supportive environment is provided for everyone."
