My Locations: $150.00 per office session (sliding scale fee available). Initial consultation is $200.00. Third party billing is accepted from most major insurance companies. Please call for a current list of participating providers.
Massage:
My Locations: $90.00 per hour
Your Location: $115.00 per hour within 10 miles radius of either office
Interactive Metronome:
My Locations: $125.00 per session hour or $1350 for 12 sessions (a typical treatment plan) when paid in advance.
Your Location: Within 10 mile radius: $150.00 per session hour or $1560 for 12 sessions (a typical treament plan) when paid in advance.
