• Swedish Massage: Swedish massage employs firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.

• Shiatsu Massage: Five-Element Shiatsu provides an Eastern perspective which emphasizes the flow of Qi, or energy, through the body. Shiatsu is an  traditional, Japanese healing method and it means “finger pressure.” Shiatsu utilizes acupressure points and stretching.  Palms, fingers, thumbs, knuckles, elbows, knees and even feet, are used to work on the acupuncture points, along the body’s meridians or energy channels. It's a form of “touch manipulation,” and is a safe and effective curing or preventative medicine that helps to balance a person's energy flow and strengthen vital organs.

• Hydrocollator: This is a form of thermotherapy often used by physical therapists.  Moist hot packs are wrapped in a terry cover and toweling and are applied to the treatment area.
